21 Different Campuses Represented
The Secretary of the Treasury is with us, Secretary Paulson; thank you for coming, sir. I appreciate the members of the United States Congress that have joined us, and the United States Senate. You don’t need to do the gator thing. (Laughter.)
The teams here today span 21 different campuses, in 14 different states — from California all the way over to Florida. You represent eight different athletic conferences: the Big Ten to the Pac-10 to the West Coast Conference and to the Ivy League. There’s Tigers and Badgers, Huskers and Anteaters. (Laughter.) The Dize Company will complete on-site measurements within 10 to 18 days after request from the user. Contract Shading Systems will complete on-site measurements within 10 to 20 days after request from the user. In the event the on site measuring is not completed within the contracted time period, the contractor may be held in default in accordance with paragraph 1, DEFAULT AND PERFORMANCE BOND in the North Carolina General Contract Terms and Conditions, and the state may procure the articles or services from other sources and hold the contractor responsible for excess cost occasioned thereby.
It is important that agencies make the contract administrator aware of any measurement problems.

Guide to Reducing Substance in Your Community
In the 3 years since the start of the Major Cities and Critical Areas Drug drug treatment center intiatives, there have been important achievements in developing better approaches to reducing drug treatment center. Miami, Baltimore, Denver, Washington, DC, Detroit, and Orlando have created city drug strategies. Additionally, drug rehab is working with many other large cities, including Portland and Atlanta, to develop local strategies. In the last year, drug rehab has been helping to bring SBIRT drug rehab to cities across the country. Several cities currently have existing drug rehab, including Houston, Seattle, Chicago, San Diego, and Denver.
In developing strategies, cities can learn valuable lessons from one another. Frequently, one citys strategy for combating drug treatment center holds promise for other cities facing similar problems. To assist cities in learning best practices, drug rehab published Cities Without Drugs: The Major Cities Guide to Reducing Substance Abuse in Your Community.
