Inexperienced Drivers

Age. Statistics show that young, inexperienced drivers are more likely to cause accidents. As a result, younger drivers, especially teenagers, pay higher rates for auto insurance. Insurance rates for good drivers generally drop considerably after age 25. If you have multiple accidents or a Texas speeding ticket, some companies may refuse to sell you a policy.

Cover Letter Points to Consider

Whenever possible, address the cover letter to a specific person by name and title. This requires a minimum of research that will ultimately pay off in more interviews. The only time this may not be possible is when responding to a “blind ad” where there is no way to know the name of the company to research. In this case, send the letter to the title of the appropriate hiring manager, e.g., “Production Manager,” “Maintenance Supervisor,” “Office Manager,” etc. Never use the phrase “To Whom It May Concern.”

Summer Shading

Summer Shading

Like window blinds, louvered cell shades work best for summer shading. Movable or fixed mini blinds allow ventilation and natural daylight to enter a room while blocking some direct radiation. However, they won’t provide much insulation against heat loss in the winter.
